Braidr wins £20K Fanatics Brand Challenge at MAD//Fest 2024
Braidr’s cutting-edge technology, won the prestigious Fanatics Brand Challenge at this year’s MAD//Fest!
Celebrating innovation with Fan Intelligence Platform at MAD//Fest 2024
From 2-4 July, our team at Braidr, alongside our sister agencies Found and Disrupt, attended an exciting edition of MAD//FEST. The event was nothing short of spectacular as Luminr, our cutting-edge technology, won the prestigious Fanatics Brand Challenge, as part of Co-Cubed’s House of Innovation at MAD//Fest.
“This achievement highlights the dedication and creativity of our team in the ever-changing field of digital marketing and beyond. It validates our innovative approach and inspires us to push the boundaries even further for the benefit of our clients and partners.” said James Wolman, Head of Data Science at Braidr.
Luminr’s shining moment at MAD//Fest
The Fanatics Brand Challenge within the event was an exciting opportunity to demonstrate our expertise and we stepped up with confidence. Fanatics, a world-leading sports apparel retailer, posed a unique challenge: How can they better identify and celebrate authentic fan moments?
Our short (but impactful) pitch was delivered by our talented team, including James Wolman, Braidr’s Head of Data Science, Jamie Klingler, Tomorrow’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Navya Hebbar, Digital Strategist at Found.
Our winning approach was a blend of search insight, trending knowledge, and punchy activations across the right channels. It was this forward-thinking strategy not only set us apart but also secured victory of the challenge.
“With AI changing how companies communicate with their customers, we recognised how to isolate key fan moments and deliver them to Fanatics. We speak Fan and we speak Data, and our fluency in both allows Luminr to deliver incredible moments and predict Cinderella moments in sports that are Internet Gold.” said Jamie Klingler.
A glimpse into our booth
Our booth at MAD//Fest was a hub of activity and excitement.
Emily White, Braidr’s Product Delivery Manager, was at the stand alongside Jamie Klingler and Navya Hebbar for the entire three days, ready to engage with attendees.
Co-Cubed’s House of Innovation was an ideal space for Speed Dating with incredible brands like Colgate, Lego, Mars and Reckitt. The House of Innovation was a brilliant way to meet other tech startups in the AI space and to be inspired on ways to partner to solve client challenges.
We welcomed visitors to learn more about our innovative solutions and explore how data, influencer marketing, and digital strategies can reveal how competitors are reaching their customers. All of this while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the event.
Our booth was more than just a place to showcase our solutions; it was a lively space for networking, learning, and sharing insights about the future of digital marketing.
